Mitar Kustudija on the Beginnings of College Star Agency

Mitar Kustudija, the founder of College Star Agency, began his mission of connecting young athletes with American colleges out of a personal passion for sports and education. As a former tennis player with extensive experience in sports management, Mitar recognized the opportunity to help talented athletes from Serbia and the region pursue both academic and athletic development in the United States.

The idea of starting the agency was born from his personal experience and numerous connections with college coaches and players across America. Initially, the focus was on basketball players, but over time, the agency expanded its operations to include other sports such as soccer, water polo, and padel.

“Our mission from day one has been to provide young athletes with the opportunity to achieve their dreams through sports, gain an education, and open doors to a better future,” says Mitar.

Today, College Star is recognized as one of the leading agencies in the region, with numerous successful athletes who have started their academic and athletic careers at prestigious American colleges thanks to the agency.

The agency’s vision is not just about securing sports scholarships but also providing complete support in the adaptation process, academic preparation, and offering valuable experiences through various sports camps and tournaments in Europe and America.
